What we collect

• Name, email address and phone number entered at checkout
• Order and payment status information received from the payment provider
• Technical data such as IP address, used for fraud prevention

• To process your order and deliver your download
• To send the purchase confirmation email
• To answer support requests and handle refunds
• To meet accounting and legal obligations

Legal basis and retention

Data is processed in accordance with Law no. 133/2011 of the Republic of Moldova on the protection of personal data, on the basis of performing the purchase contract and of our legal obligations. It is kept only for as long as needed for those purposes.

Who else sees your data

Only the providers needed to complete your order: BC „MAIB” S.A. for card payment processing, our email provider for the confirmation message, and our hosting provider. Your data is never sold or used for advertising by third parties.

Card details

We never receive or store card details. All card entry happens on the bank's secure hosted payment page, with 3-D Secure authentication where available.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@screenfree365.com. We answer within 5 business days.
