1. General provisions

1.1. The website screenfree365.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Î.S. „Vibe Academy” S.R.L., IDNO 1022600006391, registered at str. Alba-Iulia 77/15, MD-2071, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova (the “Seller”).

1.2. The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, including Law no. 284/2004 on electronic commerce, Law no. 105/2003 on consumer protection and other applicable regulations.

1.3. The Seller may update these terms at any time. The version published on the Site at the moment the order is placed is the version that applies.

2. The product

2.1. Screen Free 365 — Complete Digital Collection is a digital, printable collection of 365 screen-free activities for children ages 3–5. Each activity states the age range, the time needed and the materials required. No physical item is shipped.

2.2. The product is delivered as a PDF file. System requirements: any device with a current web browser and a PDF reader (for example Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books or the built-in PDF viewer in Chrome, Edge or Safari). A printer is optional — the pages can also be used on screen. No subscription, account or additional software is required.

2.3. The price displayed on the Site is 89 L, VAT included where applicable. The final amount and currency are always shown before payment is confirmed.

3. Protection of personal data

3.1. By using the Site you agree to the collection and processing of the personal data needed to process, confirm and deliver your order, and to communicate with you about it.

3.2. Data is processed in accordance with Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data and is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law.

3.3. The Seller applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep the data secure. Transmission over the internet can never be guaranteed as 100% secure.

4. Privacy policy

4.1. The data collected at checkout is: name, email address and phone number, plus the order and payment status received from the payment provider and technical data such as the IP address, used for fraud prevention.

4.2. This data is used to deliver the digital product, send the payment confirmation, answer support requests and meet accounting and legal obligations.

4.3. Data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to perform the contract (for example the payment processor and the email provider), to meet legal obligations, or at the lawful request of the competent authorities.

4.4. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to hello@screenfree365.com. Full details are on the Privacy Policy page.

5. Placing an order and payment options

5.1. An order is placed by completing the checkout form on the Site and accepting these Terms & Conditions using the checkbox provided. Acceptance is required before payment can start.

5.2. Payment is made online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through the secure payment page provided by BC „MAIB” S.A., including 3-D Secure authentication where available.

5.3. Card details are never entered on the Site and are never received or stored by the Seller. Full card number, CVC/CVV and similar data are processed only in the secure environment of the bank.

5.4. If the card currency differs from the currency of the order, the conversion is made according to the terms of the card issuing bank.

5.5. After the bank confirms the payment, the Buyer receives a confirmation email containing the order number, the merchant and website name, the amount, the currency, the payment date and the order description. The same details are shown on the confirmation page after returning to the Site.

6. Delivery conditions

6.1. The product is digital; there is no physical delivery and no shipping cost.

6.2. Delivery is made by email to the address entered at checkout, immediately after the payment is confirmed, by sending a secure download link. For security reasons the link may expire or allow a limited number of downloads; a new link can be requested by email.

6.3. The Buyer is responsible for entering a correct email address and for checking the Spam/Promotions folders.

6.4. In rare cases (technical incidents, maintenance, third-party provider failures) delivery may be delayed. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and can always resend the download link on request.

7. Return and refund policy

7.1. Because the product is digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download link has been provided and used.

7.2. A refund is granted where the download does not work and cannot be fixed, where the same order was charged more than once, or where the product is materially different from its description.

7.3. Refund requests are sent to hello@screenfree365.com from the email address used at checkout and are answered within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned exclusively to the card used for the purchase, through the payment provider.

8. Personal use licence

You may print and use the materials for your own family, household or classroom use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the files publicly.
