Screen Free 365 is a digital product delivered by email immediately after payment. This page explains when a refund can be requested and how it is processed.

Digital content

Because the product is digital content delivered instantly, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download link has been provided and used. There is no physical return.

When a refund is granted

  • The download link does not work and we cannot resolve it
  • You were charged more than once for the same order

How to request a refund

Write to hello@screenfree365.com from the email address used at checkout, including your order number and a short description of the problem. We answer within 5 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned exclusively to the card used for the purchase, through BC „MAIB” S.A. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank, usually between 3 and 10 business days.

Partial refunds

A partial refund may be offered where only part of the order was affected.
